ASIS International has rebranded and enhanced its annual trade show to better address the needs of integrators, and to make it possible to attend one security industry event per year and gain all the possible benefits. Global Security Exchange (GSX) 2019, taking place September 8-12 in Chicago, is where industry professionals can learn about the latest new technologies, see those technologies on display and network with industry colleagues.
Beyond that, what makes GSX 2019 the must-attend event for security integrators? The exhibition at GSX will include more than 550 manufacturers and integrators displaying advanced security solutions with thousands of registered attendees from 110+ countries. This provides the opportunity to watch hands-on demonstrations of the solutions needed to solve your customer’s physical, operational and cyber security risks, along with a unique opportunity to network directly with purchasing influencers.
New this year, the GSX 2019 exhibit floor will be debuting the Disruption District, where the latest technology innovations will be displayed, demonstrated and discussed in several micro-venues, including:
- X Learning Stages: Experiential learning sessions with topics and content designed to actively shape the future of security professionals.
- The D3 Experience (Drones, Droids and Defense): Demonstrations of the latest unmanned vehicle technologies for the air, land and water.
- The Startup Sector: Will highlight up-and-coming companies at the forefront of new and emerging technologies impacting the security industry.
- The GSX Pitch Competition: An elite group of entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders will pitch their new startups and ventures. Each company is given time to pitch, followed by Q&A and feedback with world class investors and top CSOs.
Keeping attendees up to speed on the latest innovations and gamechangers, GSX 2019’s expansive education program has more than 300 educational sessions organized into 17 subject matter tracks, four general sessions and 10 two-hour workshops.
Outside of the exhibit hall, there will be countless opportunities to make connections and have fun with colleagues from around the globe, with two offsite evening receptions, a networking luncheon, happy hours and more.
