The transaction was described by Chris Heath, principal of Mountain Acquisition, as a “perfect match of skill sets, culture and strategic vision that will allow the consolidated company to be greater than the sum of its parts.” MAC will move its administrative hub to Denver effective June 1, 2014 and will begin its integration of the two companies immediately.
The acquisition of Amsafe Security Systems gives ASG the opportunity to add more infrastructure and create more internal sales in the Florida market, Ralph Masino, CFO of ASG Security, told SDM. Amsafe Security Systems’ customer base is approximately 50/50 business and residential.

The buyer, a large alternate asset investing firm, will buy accounts with low credit scores and accounts with no credit score available. The seller will enter into a long term agreement with the buyer to provide monitoring, billing and onsite service for the purchased customers. Neither party wished to be identified, according to The Edmonds Group.

The certification recognizes that 100 percent of the company’s central station operators have achieved proficiency and earned certification by passing the CSAA Central Station On-Line Operator Training Course.
Attendees were educated on the 350 new features, two mobile applications, add-on modules, and a new graphical user interface for its software, staying with the theme of how the new additions could help optimize overall workflow efficiency.
