TIMES HAVE CHANGED — for some systems integrators more than others. Without spending time discussing what we have been through in the past year, let’s just say that things are changing as rapidly now as they did last March.

I love this time of year. As I write this in August, the weather is warm, the grass is green, and the sun is shining bright. Especially this year, it’s nice to take a brief moment, tilt your head back, and bask in the warmth of the sunshine for a few minutes.

This probably sounds like the start to an article about work/life balance, team-building exercises, or a fantasy sports pool, but I promise you it is not.

A while ago, I received one of the best gifts a car lover could ever get: a full day of driving and instruction on a famous racecourse in my own car.

I was recently reminded that I have a birthday coming up soon; the one day every year where you magically age 365 days overnight.

I’d like to briefly talk to you about electromagnets.  Let me preface by stating that I am in no way a scientist, but I did spend a few hours watching “Mr. Wizard” on TV in my younger days.
