For the second year in a row, Oklahoma provider of security and smart home solutions, Guardian Security Systems, has been selected as one of the “Best Places to Work in Oklahoma,” an annual list created by Best Companies Group to recognize companies that excel in creating quality workplaces.

Software company Police Priority announced integration between SureView System’s Immix central station software and Police Priority’s CAST technology. The integration will provide all central monitoring stations on the Immix system the capability to seamlessly access Police Priority’s CAST technology.  

ADR Security, a New York City-based electronic systems installation and fire alarm service company, has created a unique business serving high-end, high-risk customers called ADR Security Monitoring (ADRSM).

Two men who used a stolen credit card to purchase $900 worth of electronics were caught thanks to surveillance footage of them that was aired on a Shoals CrimeStoppers video, according to the Times Daily of Florence, Tenn. 

The city of Albuquerque, N.M., announced it would be launching a program that would network existing security cameras at homes and businesses in an initiative called SCAN, or Security Camera Analytical Network, according to the Albuquerque Journal.

On June 15, 2017, SafeStreetsUSA recognized their 1 millionth home security customer with an award of $1,346 — the equivalent of 1 million minutes of monitoring. Customer Elizabeth Kelly also received a plaque as she shook hands with SafeStreetsUSA CFO Scott MacArthur. MacArthur presented the cash award to Kelly at the Garner, N.C., SafeStreetsUSA office.
